模糊理論在社會科學研究的方法論之回顧

摘要

本文旨在以回顧文獻的觀點，說明與探討模糊理論在社會科學等相關領域的方法論之應用。自從模糊理論於1965年由L. A. Zadeh提出以來，從應用於工程控制至今，已屆約四十年歷史。近十餘年來，模糊理論的觀點與方法，在社會科學的應用，漸有蓬勃發展之勢。本文擬從模糊理論的基本論點，探討測量的問題，其後說明模糊理論在社會科學資料分析的應用，包括樣本的分群、態度與意見分析、決策與判斷、評鑑的應用、量化參數等。但模糊理論亦有一些尚待解決的議題，研究者根據模糊理論發展，提出模糊理論在社會科學應用的方向。

The purpose of this paper is to review the methodologies of fuzzy theory in social science. Fuzzy theory is provided by L. A. Zadeh and it has been widey used in engineering for forty years. In recent years, fuzzy theory is gradually used in the field of social science. Therefore, it is essential to offer the review on methodologies of fuzzy theory in social science. First, the author discusses the foundations and viewpoints of fuzzy theory for social science. Second, methodologies of fuzzy theory on clustering, computations of linguistics, decision-making, evaluation, and quantitative parameters are discussed. Based on these review, the author provide some suggestions for fuzzy theory methodology in social science.
