醫療器材產業是一項整合生物醫學、材料、機械、電子及資通訊等跨領域技術的民生必需工業。隨著台灣經濟持續的發展與生活水準不斷的提高,台灣高齡化社會即將來臨、慢性病的人口總數越趨增加,在民生健康上照護的需求急速增加,在台灣未來生技醫療器材產業將會呈現高成長的發展趨勢。在台灣生技醫療器材產業為現今政府重點推動的新興策略性工業,其包含了生物科技、知識高度密集等特性,其內容範圍包括了許多不同之範疇,如:診斷器材、治療器材、ㄧ般醫療輔助設備及用品、復健器材及預防疾病與健康促進之設備及用品等次產業,而本研究將以電子醫療廠商為其研究範例。 本研究運用模糊層級分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, FANP),以某電子醫療廠商為其研究範例為個案,在考慮到人們回答問題所產生之模糊性之下,運用模糊AHP之評估分析的結果提出對生技產業發展之建議。本研究在此提供台灣生技產業發展策略,解決其人們在決策中產生之模糊性外,並期能以建構之評估模式,作為生技產業發展策略之參考,以提升未來發展策略之決策品質。
