針對TFT-LCD產業供應鏈上成員眾多,欲改善溝通並增進資訊流通之務,本研究企圖建構一個使供給、需求雙方連結的橋梁,並提供予面板製造商與產品製造商一個談判依據及設計方向。期望能讓終端顧客(End Users)發出的聲音,正確地將其需求與需求的程度傳達至應用廠商,經由應用廠商整合相關的顧客聲音(Voice of Customers)與其本身的需求後再傳達至上游面板供應商,如此一來,真正的需求可以藉由此管道轉化為技術特性且通行於供應鏈之間。據此,本研究運用模糊品質機能展開的概念來建構顧客需求與TFT-LCD畫面品質的關聯性,我們以顧客需求權重與技術關聯程度去剖析技術特性的重要性,並權衡出一組量化資料。而本研究結果顯示亮度、色均勻度、亮度均勻度、階調、色度、色域、MURA(日譯,意旨色彩不均勻)、色溫軌跡、明室對比與暗室對比為重要度最高的前十項技術特性,期望能藉由本研究的分析,讓TFT-LCD供應鏈上的成員能彼此分享,抑或提供其他產業做為應用方式,降低資訊及溝通成本,並以最短的時間與效率找出符合顧客需求的技術特性。
Since there are many members in the supply chain of TFT-LCD industry, it is important to construct an effective connection for the members on the both sides of “Demand” and “Supply” to negotiate the product specifications and the direction of design. According to the demand chain, the Voice of Customers from end users should be understood by TFT-LCD application companies, and then these companies can integrate the “Voice of Customers” and their own concerns and communicate with TFT-LCD manufacturers. Thus, the “Voice of Customers” could surely transform into technical characteristics and be heard by TFT-LCD manufacturers. This research applied fuzzy Quality Function Deployment to construct the bridge between customers’ requirements and TFT-LCD display quality. A set of quantitative data for technical characteristics has been derived and prioritized based on the weights of customer requirements and technology correlation levels. Results showed that the luminance, color uniformity, brightness uniformity, gamma, color chromaticity, color gamut, MURA, color tracking, normal environment and contract of dark room were the top ten important technical characteristics associated with TFT-LCD display quality. The findings of this study should be able to provide useful information for the members of TFT-LCD demand chain to communicate each other in a more effective and efficient manner.
