學術研究生產力的意義與評估及因素分析暨增進個人作業生產力之研究

A Study on the Meaning, Evaluation, Factor Analysis of Academic Research Productivity and Increasing the Personal Work Productivity

摘要


學術研究生產力的簡要定義為:使有限的科技研發人力、財力之投入,發揮最大功能之產出。本文首先針對此一課題,收集相關文獻,加以整理分析,找出其評估方法、增進生產力的因素;其次,筆者從組織中個人層面開始,作系統性探討,以期改善個人研究工作生產力,打好個人研究事業和組織研究發展的基礎;第三,本文簡要比較富士康、台積電兩家公司近期的生產力及其領導人領導風格對公司營運績效的影響;最後,期勉大家共同提升研發生產力,對社會、國家和人類作更多之貢獻及服務。

The concise definition of the academic research productivity is to input finite human resources and financial resources of R&D and output the maximus beneficial results. This paper first focused on the topic to collect, arrange and analyze some references, find the evaluation methods and the promotion factors of productivity. Second, the researcher made a systematic study from personal level in an organization for improving personal research productivity and building a firm basis on personal research career and organizational R&D. Third, this paper simply compared the recent productivity of the two companies as Foxconn with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited (TSMC) and explained the leadership styles of leaders would influence the business performance. Finally, this researcher also expects that people of the same purpose can together promote R&D productivity. Thus we can offer more contribution and service to our society, our country, and all human beings.
