本研究旨在瞭解台中縣國中技藝教育學程學生在學習動機、學習成效知覺與生涯意向之差異情形及其相關性。其研究對象為台中縣國中技藝教育自辦式、合作式學生,以分層隨機叢集抽取908名學生,實得有效樣本890份,有效回收率98%。回收資料以以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及典型相關及之統計方法考驗研究假設。本研究結果為,國中技藝教育學程學生:一、男性學生在生涯意向之表現顯著高於女性學生,但在學習動機、學習成效知覺的認知則無差異存在;二、不同學校地理位置之學生在學習動機、學習成效知覺與生涯意向表現有顯著差異;三、學生愈傾向學習動機表現時,其學習成效知覺認知則愈高;四、學生之學習動機與生涯意向具顯著相關;五、學生之學習成效知覺與生涯意向具顯著相關。
This purpose of this research is to analyze, compare and realize the difference and relative of the students learning motivation, learning effects perceiving and career intention of the students in junior high school in Taichung county who had joined the self-run or cooperative technique education program. Sampling 908 students by random layers with 890 effective questionnaires. The result reveals that: 1. The boy's career intention performance is higher than the girls, but no difference in the learning motivation and learning effects perceiving. 2. The students learning motivation is significantly different accordin to school location, but no difference in learning effects perceiving. 3. The students who had higher learning motivation with higher learning effects perceiving. 4. The above mentioned students tend to accepty day education system. 5. The students who had learning effects perceiving tend to study day education system.
