彰化縣失能老人及身心障礙者使用居家服務滿意度調查報告

A Survey of the Satisfaction of the Disabled Elderly and Disable People with the Home Care Service in Changhua County

摘要


本調查係針對99年度彰化縣失能老人及身心障礙者使用居家服務進行滿意度調查。調查訪問的內容包括基本資料、居家服務使用狀況、居家服務滿意度及訪問員記錄四個部分。其調查方法視狀況採用實地訪問或電話訪問並行方式;而其抽樣設計則採用分層隨機抽樣法,即自彰化縣26個鄉鎮市中隨機抽出242個樣本,經執行結果,有效訪問樣本共180人,占全部樣本74.4%。有關居家服務滿意度調查部分,包含10個問項,採用李克特(Likert)五點評分法,經評定結果,僅有1 項有關補助標準之滿意度,其平均得分為3.98,即其滿意度介於「滿意」與「普通」之間;其餘9項都在4分以上,即其滿意度介於「非常滿意」與「滿意」之間。此外,本調查問及受訪者是否願意繼續使用本項服務一項,則幾乎所有受訪者皆表示願意,可見本項服務確實已經獲得民眾高度肯定並且有繼續辦理之必要。

This survey was aimed to explore the satisfaction of the disabled elderly and disable people with the home care service in Changhua County in 2010. The contents of this survey were divided into four parts, including: the basic information, the use of the home care service, the satisfaction with the home care service, and the records of the interviewer. On-site interviews and telephone interviews were adopted as the research methods according to the situation. By using the stratified random sampling method, a total of 242 samples were randomly selected from 26 townships in Changhua County. Eventually, as the result of the implementation, a total of 180 samples were valid, accounting for 74.4% of all samples.As for the satisfaction with the home care service, 10 questions were included in this part and Likert's five-point scale was used in these questions. The assessment results showed that only one of the questions received an average score of 3.98, namely the degree of satisfaction was located between ”satisfied” and ”neutral”; the other 9 questions all achieved an average score of 4 or above, namely the degree of satisfaction was located between ”very satisfied” and ”satisfied”.In addition, almost all respondents in this survey gave a definite answer while being asked if they were willing to continue to use this service, showing that the home care service has already won high recognition from the public and is needed to be carried on as a regular service.
