機械加工人才技術創造力人格特質之研究

Technological Creativity in Machining Talent

摘要


本研究旨在探討機械加工人才技術創造力人格特質,以業界機械加工技術人員為研究範圍,針對機械加工技術人才的創造力及創造人格特質加以分析。以質性與量化研究方式,進行資料收集及能力分析,且經由專家深度訪談法與三角校正法進行資料蒐集,再將專家訪談的內容彙整,作為本研究之理論基礎與架構,編成問卷,最後進行機械加工技術人員受測,經過不斷反覆檢視與驗證資料,歸納出與本研究目的相關之資料,作為實證及推論的依據,以了解機械加工技術創造力所需本質,建構出業界所需機械加工人才技術創造力指標,以利於未來人才培養。經資料蒐集及訪談資料分析,本研究獲致以下之結論:機械加工人才技術創造力人格特質,包含冷靜、沉著、抗壓性強、變通性等問題解決能力及主動學習、具挑戰心、喜好嘗試且有獨創特性。

This study aimed to explore the personality traits of technological creativity in machining talent, with industry machining technicians as the research scope. In addition, the personality traits of creativity and creation in machining technicians were analyzed. Through qualitative and quantitative search, data collection and capability analysis were carried out. Data was collected using in-depth interview and triangulation methods. The expert interview content was then compiled to serve as the theoretical basis and framework in this study, and the compilation was made into a questionnaire. Finally, machining technicians underwent testing. Through repeated data investigation and verification, the data pertaining to the research purpose was summarized to serve as a basis for empirical and corollary basis in order to gain an insight into the nature of creativity in machining technology. Furthermore, indicators for technological creativity required of machining talents in the industry were constructed to facilitate nurturing of future talent. Through data collection and interview contents analysis, the conclusions drawn in this study are as follows: technological creativity in machining talents includes problem-solving abilities such as calmness, steadiness, stress resistance, and flexibility, as well as the qualities of taking the initiative to learn, challenge, attempt, and create with originality.
