本文旨在分析探討桑代克的學習理論與建構成人教育理論之重要性,據此以供台灣成人教育另一思考與改進之方向。

This paper aims to analyze and discuss Thorndike's findings about learning and the importance of a well and sound learning theory, which should start with behaviorism; accordingly, it provides new perspectives and directions for references of adult education in Taiwan.
