公務員正向情緒中介心理需求和自主型動機關係之研究

摘要


本研究主要探討公務員的正向情緒,是否中介能力、自主性、關懷需求和自主型動機間的關係。本文以公務員為研究對象,問卷施測共獲取有效問卷256份。利用結構化方程模式驗證所設立的假設。研究結果證實:能力、自主性、關懷需求,正向影響工作情緒;工作情緒正向影響自主型動機;正向情緒部分中介能力、自主性、關懷需求和自主型動機間的關係。

This study investigated the mediating effect of civil servant’s positive affect on the relationships between autonomy, competence, relatedness need and autonomous motivation. There was almost no research exploring the mediating effect of positive affect on civil servants’ work attitude in Taiwan. This paper collected 256 valid samples from civil servants in Taiwan and used structural equation model to test the hypothesis established. The results confirmed that: autonomy, competence, relatedness need positively influenced positive affect. Positive affect positively influenced autonomous motivation. Positive affect partially mediated the relationships between autonomy, competence, relatedness need and autonomous motivation.
