This study explored the relationships among positive affectivity, negative affectivity and organizational citizenship behavior, turnover intention. This research also focused on the mediating effect of work-family conflict. Researchers collected 276 effective questionnaires and the response rate was 92%. Findings showed that: (1) Positive affectivity positively related to organizational citizenship behavior. (2) Negative affectivity is positively related to work-family conflict and turnover intention. (3) Work-family conflict is positively related to organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention. (4) Employees' work-family conflict mediated relationship between negative affectivity and turnover intention.
