探討科技大學學生校外實習對高中招生之影響分析

The Study of Technical College Students Internship Impact to High School Enrollment in College

摘要

現今臺灣少子化問題，對全國高等大學院校的入學招生受到嚴竣的考驗，校外實習課程泛指學校為培養學生務實致用的觀念與能力並及早體驗職場工作，在學生修習專業課程至相當程度後，於在學期間由學校安排至系所相關領域之企業或機構實習，以增加其職場的適應力與競爭力。本研究以高中生及大學生為研究對象，研究方法運用描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數及迴歸進行分析，由結果顯示，（1）不同受訪者對於校外實習課程具有正向顯著影響；（2）不同受訪者對於選擇就讀航服系具有正向顯著影響；（3）校外實習因素對就讀航服系具有正向顯著影響。另外，也建議科技大學在招生對策上需配合實習課程，才能創造及展現航服系的特色，在少子化招生不易的環境下創造出亮眼的成績。

In recent years the Education Ministry is encouraging universities and business communities to work together to develop specific school curriculum to prepare students to work after graduate. Taiwan's College Education Threatened by Low Birthrate. However, the internship generally refer to schools that cultivate students' pragmatic concepts and abilities. It will enhance experience workplace work as early as possible. After students have completed professional courses to a considerable degree, they will be arranged by the school to enterprises or institutions in related fields during the school period. Internships to increase their adaptability and competitiveness in the workplace. This study focus on high school students and college students. Analysis by t-test statistics, One way ANONA, and regression. The results showed that 1. different respondents had a positive and significant impact internship. 2. different respondents had a positive and significant impact on their choice of Airline and Transport Service Management department. 3. internship has a positive and significant influence on Airline and Transport Service Management department. Therefore, College need to cooperate with internship in enrollment strategies in order to create and demonstrate the characteristics of the science and technology department. It will create outstanding results in an environment where the enrollment of fewer children is not easy.
