The purpose of this study was to understand attitude toward, learning satisfaction and intent to lesson of Chinese Martional Arts course at the university students in south area in Taiwan. The Chinese Martional Arts course of 15 universities or colleges to grant 600 questionnaires from the south areas, and effective questionnaire was 487. After conducted the LISREL 8.54 statistical analysis of returned data, the findings of this results indicated that: the student's attitude towards directly influences the learning satisfaction, the student's attitude towards directly influences the learning satisfaction directly influences the intent to lesson. There was significant different the attitude towards study of student's Chinese Martional Arts of learning satisfaction indirect influences intent to lesson. This showed that attitude towards, learning satisfaction, intent to lesson; study of student's Chinese Martional Arts of university influence relation was established.
