天胡荽精油成分之研究

Components of Essential Oil from Hydrocotyle Sibthorpioides Lam

摘要


本研究旨在探討由天胡荽抽取出之精油成分,並比較在抽取過程中所萃取得到的精油成分及收油率之差異性。天胡荽中性精油經萃取得到的萃取液粗分成含碳氫化合物(利用正己烷萃取得到)和含氧化合物(利用乙醚萃取得到)兩大部分;所占全精油的比率,含碳氫部分爲28.32%,含氧部分71.64%。在利用管柱細分後加以純化,將純化物的物質、含碳氫部分以及含氧部分利用氣相層析儀-火燄離子偵測器(GC-FID)、氣相層析-質譜儀(GC-MS)等儀器鑑定其化學成分,於含碳氫化合物中確認了15種精油成份,且於含氧化合物中確認了19種精油成份,共計得到34種精油成份。其中α-Santalene, 2,5-Dimethoxy-p-cymene, Caryophyllene oxide, Hexahydrofarnesylacetone, β-Elemene, 3-(4,8,12-Trimethyltridecyl) furan, 6-Isopropenyl-4, 8a-dimethyl-1,2,3,5,6,7,8, 8a-octahydro-naphthalen-2-ol爲首次從天胡荽中分離而得到。

The aim of this study was to investigate the components of essential oil from Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam. The neutral essential oil fraction was separated by column chromatography and thirty-four essential oil compounds were extracted from Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam., which were identified by comparison of GC retention times and GC/MS spectroscopic analysis. In addition, the fifteen compounds from carbon-hydrgened fraction (28.32%) and the nineteen compounds from oxygenated fraction (71.64%) have been isolated, respectively. Seven compounds, including α-santalene, 2,5-dimethoxy-p-cymene, caryophyllene oxide, hexahydrofarnesylacetone, β-elemene, 3-(4,8,12-trimethyltridecyl)furan, and 6-isopropenyl-4,8a-dimethyl-1,2,3,5,6, 7,8,8a-octahydronaphthal-en-2-ol were isolated from Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam. for the first time.
