運動技能學習與回饋之探討

摘要


本研究目的在於探討教練回饋與運動技能學習之關係。相關的研究顯示:在運動員動作技能學習的過程中,教練扮演的角色及提供回饋的方式,對運動員的運動表現與技能學習,具有影響力,且因教練所提供的回饋是增進運動員動作技能學習成效的重要輔助。因此,教練應適時針對所指導運動員的相關運動技能提供合宜且具體的運技能學習相關的回饋,在回饋技術之運用上應考量給予運動員適當的回饋內容、頻率、時機、量度及精確度等因素。

The purpose of the study is to probe the relationship between motor skill learning and feedback of coach. The related studies showed that the role which coach play and the style of feedback, provide the huge influence toward the performance and the learning of motor skill. The feedback which provided by coach is the most important support for the athlete's learning effect of motor skill. Therefore, the coach need to provide the appropriate and concrete feedback toward the learning of motor skill. The related factors of feedback skill contain content, frequency, timing, scale and accuracy.
