琉球鄉居民對參與生態旅遊發展態度之研究

A study of the participation from Liouciou citizens’ attitude toward eco-tourism development

摘要

本研究旨在提供政府單位、旅遊業者、琉球鄉居民發展生態旅遊之參考。以自編之「琉球鄉居民對參與生態旅遊發展態度」訪談大綱，訪談17 位琉球鄉居民，輔以文獻回顧、文件分析等方法。本研究分別從「居民對琉球鄉的地方情感」、「居民對琉球鄉生態旅遊發展的認知」、「居民對參與琉球鄉生態旅遊發展的態度」等三個面向來探究。研究結果顯示：一、在「居民對琉球鄉的地方情感」方面，緣於琉球鄉具有獨特的地理位置，導致獨特的自然景觀、人文歷史和生物多樣性，琉球鄉居民期待發展生態旅遊，惟仍有發展生態旅遊的努力空間。二、在「居民對琉球鄉生態旅遊發展的認知」方面，由於觀光事業的蓬勃發展，過多的人為建設與活動，雖有助於少數人經濟獲益，然而對於多數居民的生活與環境生態，造成莫大衝擊。三、在「居民對參與琉球鄉生態旅遊發展的態度」方面，期望藉由政府單位、旅遊業者、琉球鄉居民三方面，攜手並進發展生態旅遊，增進就業機會，共享天倫之樂之際，提升環保意識，永續守護家園。根據上述研究結果，分別對於政府單位、旅遊業者、琉球鄉居民提出建議，以為未來琉球鄉發展生態旅遊之參考依據。

This study provides as a sample of developing eco-tourism for the government, tourism industries and citizens in Liouciou. From my own interviews, the Liouciou citizens’ attitude for joining the eco-tourism developing, into the paper work for the examples on interviewing seventeen citizens from Liouciou to include literature reviewing and file analysis methods. The study is from ＂citizen’s local emotion for Liouciou＂, ＂citizen’s cognitive for Liouciou’s eco-tourism developing＂, ＂citizen’s attitude for joining the eco-tourism＂ in these three ways to study. The showing of results: 1. At ＂citizen’s local emotion for Liouciou＂ in this way, because of Liouciou has the unique location to cause the unique natural landscape, human culture history and biodiversity, the Liouciou citizens hope to develop the eco-tourism and still has so much space efforts for developing the eco-tourism. 2. At ＂citizens cognitive for Liouciou’s eco-tourism developing＂ in this way, because of the tourism’s flourish and too much artificial construction and activities, although it can help some people’s economy benefit, for the most people’s life and ecology will cause the great impact. 3. At ＂citizen’s attitude for joining the eco-tourism＂ in this way, hoping from government units, tourism industries and Liouciou citizens in these three ways to work together to develop eco-tourism, enhancing more opportunities for jobs, sharing with their grandchildren, enhancing environmental awareness and guardian sustainable homes. The results of study are same as related scholar’s questionnaire, index and research. Conclusion and suggestion: According the results of study, it proposes respectively to government units, tourism industries and Liouciou citizens’ recommendations as according participation for the future Liouciou’s eco-tourism development.
