增強式肌力訓練對甲組男子排球選手運動表現能力之影響

The Effect of Plyometric training on athletic performance of male Volleyball players

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討十週增強式肌力訓練對甲組男子排球選手運動表現能力之影響。方法:本研究以2017亞洲東區男子排球錦標賽中華代表隊13名選手為研究對象,除既定訓練外再加入每週二至三次,連續十週的增強式肌力訓練,並以20公尺衝刺(20m Sprint test, 20m S-test)、折返敏捷性測驗(Pro-Agility test, PA-test)、T字型測驗(T-test)、反向跳(Counter Movement Jump, CMJ)、擺臂反向跳(CMJ Free arms)、負重反向跳(Loaded CMJ)、蹲踞跳(Squat Jump, SJ)、落下跳(Drop Jump, DJ)及落下跳觸地時間(DJ time)作為運動表現能力之測試方式。結果:經過相依樣本t檢定統計分析後,發現20m S-test、PA-test、T-test、Loaded CMJ、SJ、DJ及DJ time有顯著進步。結論:十週增強式肌力訓練可提升甲組男子排球選手敏捷性與爆發力之運動表現能力,但對於反向跳(CMJ)、擺臂反向跳(CMJ Free arms)之表現則無顯著改善,建議後續研究可以針對優秀運動選手或運動體能表現優異者,以最大肌力為主之肌力訓練模式搭配增強式訓練進行下肢爆發力表現之探討。

The main purpose of this study is to explore the athletic performance of A-group of men's volleyball players, after 10 weeks of plyometric training. METHODS: In this study, 13 players from the Chinese Taipei Volleyball Team were selected. In addition to the established training, they added two to three times a week for 10 consecutive weeks of plyometric training. Include 20 meters Sprint test(20m S-test), Pro-Agility test(PA-test), T-test, Counter Movement Jump(CMJ), Counter Movement Jump Free arms(CMJ Free arms), Loaded CMJ, Squat Jump(SJ), Drop Jump(DJ). RESULTS: After statistical analysis, the 20m S-test, PA-test, T-test, loaded CMJ, SJ, DJ and DJ time have made significant improvements. CONCLUSION: Ten-week plyometric training can improve the athletic performance of A-group of men's volleyball players' agility and explosiveness, but for the reverse jump (CMJ), the performance of the CMJ Free arms has not improved significantly. The follow-up study can be used to discuss the performance of the lower extremity explosive force with the maximal muscle strength and the enhanced training.
