運用聯合分析法探討休閒農場進行深度旅遊之活動組合

摘要

台灣的休閒農場提供許多體驗活動，結合農業生產、農民生活及農業生態三生一體，為一種新興的發展型態。然而，目前休閒農場互相模仿體驗活動，導致項目繁多，消耗許多人力與財力，促使本研究想為休閒農場探討出可以聚焦發展的活動項目。香格里拉休閒農場的體驗活動能展現台灣農業特色，將其帶入深度旅遊，因此，本研究選擇以香格里拉休閒農場為研究範圍。聯合分析法的問卷樣本數至少為估計參數的五倍以上，若能為估計參數的十倍更佳，因此，在考量樣本的回收率及無效樣本數之因素下，本研究發放60份問卷，共回收60份問卷。並以聯合分析法得知遊客較喜愛的體驗活動組合，再經由排序法分析結果得知，體驗活動組合偏好順序為功能性＋陳述性＞功能性＋程序性＞社會性＋陳述性＞社會性＋程序性，因此，手作體驗及能獲取知識具有教育內涵組合而成之體驗活動最受遊客喜愛。本研究為第一個使用聯合分析法組合休閒農場體驗活動，探討遊客最喜愛的體驗活動組合，及不同社會經濟背景，對於選擇體驗活動組合是否有差異，在過往研究中為少數。另一方面，休閒農場業者可參考本研究之結果，著重於規劃遊客較喜愛的體驗活動組合上。

That leisure Farms offer lots of experiencing activities which combines agriculture production, agriculture life and agriculture ecology becomes a new business tpye. While, leisure farms copy experiencing acitivities with each other. It results in too many acitivities and wastes too much manpower and money. Thus, the purpose of this study is to discuss what experiencing activities leisure farms could focus on to reduce costs. Experiencing activities of Shangrila Leisure Farm are able to represent the features of Taiwan agriculture so that this study use it to be the area of research. The samples of Conjoint Analysis should be at least five times of estimated parameters. Therefore, this study distributed 60 questionnaires and take 60 valid questionnaires. After applying Conjoint Analysis and sorting to the experiencing activities tourists prefer, the order is function activities + describing activities ＞ function activities + processing activities ＞ social activities + describing activities ＞ social activities + describing activities. It means the number one activity most of tourists like is to combine both DIY and Commentary education. Few researches in the past applied Conjoint Analysis on experiencing activities of leisure farms. But this study does. Besides, this study also discussed the variability of customers who have different social and economic background. Leisure farm can refer this study to focus resources on planning those activities tourists really prefer.
