青少年休閒教育價值與推廣策略之探討

Implementation of Junior High School Education of Youth Recreation

摘要


休閒教育是培養青少年具備休閒的能力,包括建立正確休閒認知、培養積極休閒態度、訓練適切休閒技能及習得休閒資源的取用,以經營美好人生。學校在休閒教育的推廣實踐,俾利於青少年獲得休閒教育價值的妥善發展。本文之目的乃藉由探討青少年休閒現況與實施休閒教育的阻礙及重要性,提出有效推廣之策略。作者經文獻整理後提出七項策略:一、了解休閒教育意義與目標;二、專業教學及師資之配合;三、校方相關財政之奧援;四、規劃多元化休閒活動;五、廣泛提供休閒活動資訊;六、休閒活動設施的增建;七、導正家長休閒教育觀念。最後,期望本文所提之策略,能作為相關單位之參考,期許青少年盡早培養休閒興趣,建立正確觀念,以提升休閒品質。

Leisure education is to develop adolescents' ability of taking advantage of leisure time, including building up correct knowledge of recreation, developing positive attitude of spending leisure time well, training for appropriate recreation skills and learning how and where to acquire the recreation resources for a better life. Schools' promoting leisure education can truly help adolescents benefit from the proper development of the leisure education. This essay aims at offering the effective strategies by studying the current situation of adolescents' recreation activities and the obstacles and significance of practicing leisure education. After the bibliographical survey, we submitted seven strategies in this essay: 1. to understand the meaning and the goal of leisure education; 2. the integration of professional instructions and school teachers; 3. the financial assistance from schools; 4. to plan a variety of leisure activities; 5. to provide extensive information of leisure activities 6. to build more facilities of leisure activities; 7. to educate parents about leisure education. All in all, we hope the strategies submitted in this essay can be a practical reference for any organizations or departments related to leisure education. We expect that adolescents can develop their leisure interests with the correct idea as early as possible to better the quality of their leisure time.
