大學生寬恕型態與人際衝突因應策略之研究

摘要

夲研究以Dr. Enright的六種寬恕型態為基礎，旨在瞭解大學生的寬恕型態及人際衝突因應策略及其各相關之因素，並探討兩者之間的關係。為達研究目的，本研究採分層的方式抽取共397名有效樣本。研究發現有：一、大學生之寬恕型態，最多為第二層次之「補償式寬恕」，其次為第六層次之「愛的寬恕」，再來為第四層次之「律法期望式寬恕」。二、大學生所使用的人際衝突因應策略，最多為「協調策略」，再來為「忍讓策略」「逃避策略」，「競爭策略」最低。三、不同性別、年級、學院、家庭結構及排行的大學生，呈現不同的寬恕型態。女性比男性有較高層次的寬恕；一年級比三年級有較高的寬恕層次；人文學院比管理學院、理工學院、資訊學院有較高的寬恕層次；排行中間的比排行老大的有較高的寬恕層次。行為認知因素與寬恕型態有關，愈認為該行為可被寬恕，愈能呈現較高層次的寬恕。四、不同性別、年級、學院及家庭結構的大學生，呈現不同的人際衝突因應策略，男性在競爭策略及逃避策略上，顯著高於女性；二年級及三年級在競爭策略上，高於一年級及四年級；理工學院在競爭策略上，顯著高於人文學院；雙親家庭在逃避策略上，高於單親家庭及繼親家庭。五、寬恕型態與人際衝突因應策略有關，寬恕層次愈高，其在人際衝突時採用競爭策略及逃避策略加以因應的情況愈低。

This study is based on six patterns of forgiveness addressed by Dr. Enright and his staff. The main purpose of this study is to probe into stability of forgiveness patterns and interpersonal conflict resolutions, and to find influential related factors of forgiveness patterns and interpersonal conflict resolutions on college students. By using stratified sampling and questionnaire investigation to 397 college students, there are 5 important findings:1. The forgiveness pattern of most subjects is the second pattern ”restitutional or compensational forgiveness” and the second is the sixth pattern ”forgiveness as love”.2. The interpersonal conflict resolution of the most subjects is ”coordination strategy”, the second is ”accommodative strategy”.3. There are differences in forgiveness pattern due to the difference of sex, colleges, family structure. The level of forgiveness pattern on female students is higher than male students, and the students in college of humanity are higher than other colleges.4. There is a significant difference on male students' ”competitive strategy and avoidance strategy” which are high than female students. The level of ”competitive strategy” on students in the college of science and engineering is higher than other college students.5. There is a relationship between forgiveness patterns and Interpersonal conflict resolutions.
