精神障礙者社區就業歷程之個案研究

摘要

康復之家提供精神障礙者生活照顧、社會支持、社會參與及社區就業等專業服務，而成為精神醫療照顧中的重要一環。本研究以某康復之家提供予精神障礙者之專業服務為個案進行研究分析。研究發現，康復之家提供的專業服務有助於研究個案達到穩定就業及恢復生活秩序的效果，專業服務中的社會支持、社會技能訓練在精神障礙者復健就業中扮演重要的功能。最後，研究者針對專業服務歷程的專業處遇決策進行討論，並對精神障礙服務實務提出建議。

The halfway houses offer caring, social support, social participation and employment service for the mental disabled who needed. The halfway houses take as an important part in mental disabled service system. A case of professional services for the mental disabled is analyzed in this research. The research findings include: 1.the professional service offered by the halfway house is function for the mental disability. 2. Social support and social interaction skill training are the most important courses for the mental disability to keep on employment. Finally, several professional service issues and suggestions are discussed by the authors.
