學習型組織應在提升校務管理研究應用策略

摘要


由於我國新生人口數逐年遞減,因此少子化對於教育市場的影響與衝擊,無論就學制層級或惡化程度都有逐步擴大的現象,不少大學面臨招生不足的危機,少子化已成為國內各大學經營管理上的重大挑戰。此外,在全球化與數位化趨勢的影響下,也使大學校務日趨繁雜。大學若要能永續發展,學校經營管理策略必須跟隨時代與社會的演進脈絡,進行必要的革新,以追求教育品質之提升,同時建立其差異特色。學校是一個組織其成員,包括學生、教師、職員、家長及學校領導者等,要使一個組織能與時俱進的改革與創新,首先在於建立學習型組織。本研究在探討學習型組織在校務管理的應用及學校建立學習型組織的策略,以提升教育品質,追求卓越教育理想之實現。

Because the low birth rate of our country decrease progressively year by year, so decline in the number of children influence and impact on the educational market, there is a phenomenon expanded progressively regardless of an educational system level or intensity of worsening, the insufficient crisis that many universities have faced enrolling new students. The declining birth rate have already become the great challenge on the management and administration of every domestic university. In addition, under the influence of globalization and digitisation trend, make the affair of institution of higher education becoming more miscellaneous. If the university can sustainable development, must follow the trains of thought of gradual progress of epoch and the society by management and administration tactics of the school, carry on the essential innovation, in order to pursue the improvement of educational quality, establish its characteristic of difference at the same time. The school is an organization, its member, including student, teacher, staff member, parents and school leader, etc., reform and innovation of enabling an organization to grow with each passing hour, lie in setting up the learning organization at first. This research is probing into the learning organization application and school in management of administrative affairs of schools to set up the studying type tactics of organizing, in order to improve educational quality, pursue being outstanding and educate ideal realization.
