重視社造的地域文化特性：全球化挑戰下社區掌握空間性的魅力地方營造之途

摘要

面對著全球化力量結合國家等體制對城鄉社會所造成的劇烈衝擊，臺灣當前的社造有必要認識以地域性為內核的空間性實踐知識，以便讓異質地方之魅力營造成為公民社會深度反省城鄉危機的抵禦基地。本文即是針對社造嶄新局勢與意義的論述。一方面，指出社造做為一種以地方生活空間動員為主的空間性實踐，有必要藉助歷史地理建築學之類的實踐性視野，將生活空間透過想像空間的中介、化為社區實質空間營造的內涵；同時，也指出社規師必須體認自身作為空間夢想家與地方經略者的嶄新角色，方有機會藉由參與式規劃的創造性對話與導引過程，深化、落實地方願景，從而為臺灣的地方社會保留一線永續發展的生機。

The practices of community empowerment seek for local practical knowledge of spatiality building. This paper aims to reveal the potential heterotopias approaches to reflect deeply on the future of urban and rural developments. This paper analyzes the new tendency and meaning of community empowerment, and points out that community empowerment can be a practice of spatiality manipulating the local lived space and contribute to the demonstration of historical- geographical architecture. Moreover, community planners have to play their new roles as spatial dreamers and manipulators, so they could can apply the spatial visions of communities through citizens participation provide for substantial developments in Taiwan.
