本文從非營利組織經營、企業慈善行為等觀點出發,從分析非營利組織台灣兒童暨家庭扶助基金會與企業之資源獲取互動樣貌,探討企業資源與台灣兒童暨家庭扶助基金會合作互動特質。研究主要關注重點包括那一種企業偏好與家扶基金會合作?家扶基金會在台灣發展六十年來,穩定獲取企業資源之關鍵因素是什麼?服務自主性為何?彼此有何互動效益?對企業資源的互動策略為何?本研究發現在資源獲取來源之依賴,台灣兒童暨家庭扶助基金會服務運作對企業資源依賴度不高,但與企業合作有利組織對外行銷與專業效能提升。另外,在多元服務方案的推動下以固有的經濟扶助方案為企業偏好捐助的關鍵方案,資源大多集中在此。而從企業慈善捐助行為,因家扶基金會長期以來已建立服務公信力,大多數都是企業主動聯繫家扶,且企業認為與家扶合作確實可達到其策略性慈善之目標,提昇企業形象與實現企業社會責任。對資源獲取穩定與服務自主之互動策略,家扶基金會仍以務實的小額捐款來控制對企業資源的依賴。
Based on the viewpoint of NPO's management and enterprises' charity behavior, this study aims to analyze the cooperation and interaction between TFCF and enterprises regarding resource-gaining. The subjects this study touches on include: What kind of enterprises prefer to cooperate with TFCF? What are the key factors to TFCF's procurement of constant resources from enterprises during its 60-year history? How is TFCF's service autonomy? What are the benefits to both sides? What are TFCF's interactive strategies to work with the enterprises? This study discovers that TFCF doesn't depend much on resources from enterprises; however, the cooperation relation contributes to better marketing and professional efficiency. Furthermore, among TFCF's wild range of service programs, enterprises prefers to donate to Financial Support Program, which gathers the most resources. Since TFCF has established its reputation and reliability on welfare services, most of the enterprises take the initiative role to contact with TFCF. Also, the enterprises reckon the cooperation with TFCF is a way to reach their goal of strategic charity, to improve their image, and to realize their social responsibilities. In order to maintain financial stability and service autonomy, TFCF still value every small-amount donation to reduce the dependence of enterprises.
