This study mainly explores whether occupational factors promote cerebrovascular and cardiovascular diseases in manufacturing employees, and further evaluates their risk. The subjects of the study were 400 employees of an enterprise in northern Taiwan. According to the "Guidelines for the Prevention of Abnormal Workload Triggered Diseases" announced by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the Ministry of Labour of Taiwan, there are two evaluation forms for determining the degree of workload. Chinese version of the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (C -CBI) and Framingham Risk Score to conduct a comprehensive assessment, and then analyse the degree of interaction between overage age, overtime hours, fatigue and incidence of disease, confirm the generation mechanism of cardiovascular disease and abnormal workload, and further explore preventive measures and promote workplace health.
