This research adopted narrative research method. The focuses are complete personal life stories presented through "integer-content" and "category-content" it emphasizes on presentation of whole sequence of ideas about interviewee' life story. The middle-aged unmarried woman have been interviewed. this research concluded with findings as follows: 1. There is close relationship between early experiences and career development of middle-aged unmarried woman which includes factors on upbringing content from original family and expectation from society and family. 2. Belief and caring web is a psychological adaptation support source for the middle-aged unmarried woman. 3. Through learning approaches on process of career transition, it can help to face her difficult position in career again with positive cognitive and attitude, to steady their faith on self-value. 4. Exploration and growth activities, courses of professional skills and competency training and volunteer service learning can mostly respond to present demand on life issues. Finally, this research brings up suggestions in two dimensions, individual of single middle-aged woman and researches in the future.
