寧靜而祥和的組織劇烈變革-佛光大學的系所整併經驗

Quiet and Peaceful Organizational Reform-The Experience of Department Integration of Fo Guang University

摘要


2010年楊朝祥出任佛光大學校長,他特有的領導風格,與劉三錡副校長合作,以溫馨校園的理念為基礎,先行喚起撼動教職員對學校發展的危機感與認知改革之必要性,再以積極的溝通,就工作權的保障與改革後所將達成的願景,來安定人心並爭取最大的支持。以尊重系所和教師學術民主與自治的精神、按部就班有步驟有效的執行策略,堅定推動學校學術組織之改革,平和而順利的達成三分之二以上系所之調整、整併,順利讓所有系所通過評鑑,讓學校系所招生率在往後的10年,招生率約達九成以上的成就,獲得社會大眾與教育主管機關之肯定。本文以文獻探討分析與訪評相關人員記錄,探究佛光大學學術組織劇烈的變革經驗,其改革模式獨特而經典,具有典範之價值。

In 2010, Dr. Yung, Chaur-Shin became the president of the Fo Guang University. He Cooperated with Vice President Liu, San-chi to promote the consolidation of the department with his special leadership style. They based on the concept of a warm campus. To evoke the sense of crisis and the need for cognitive reform for the development of the school staff and faculty. In addition, active communication will ensure the support of the right to work and the vision that will be achieved after the reform to settle school staff and faculty' hearts and strive for maximum support. Also, respect the spirit of academic democracy and autonomy of departments and professors professional, step by step and effective implementation strategy, firmly promote the reform of the school’s academic organization, and achieve the adjustment and consolidation of more than two-thirds of the department. All departments were successfully passed the evaluation, and the enrollment rate of school was about 90% in the next 10 years. The Fo Guang University obtained affirmation from the public and education authorities. This article discusses the records of relevant personnel in the literature analyzes and interviews. Exploring the tremendous reform experience of the academic organization of Fo Guang University. The reform model with exemplary value is unique and classic.
