摘要

本研究的目的在探討目標取向、知覺運動動機氣候對射箭選手內在動機的影響。本研究以參加95年度總統盃射箭比賽的選手為受試者（218人），以問卷方式，針對選手運動目標取向、知覺運動動機、及內在動機加以測試，以簡單相關及階層迴歸等統計方法進行考驗，研究結果顯示，除了壓力外，工作取向及知覺精熟取向氣候可有效預測射箭選手的內在動機，而自我取向及知覺表現取向氣候則無法有效預測射箭選手的內在動機。上述結果部份支持目標取向理論及本研究所提出的假設，而不符合研究假設部份，包含兩項主因：1.射箭選手已適應充滿競爭的環境；2.長期的個性訓練，已使得射箭選手的個性內斂沉穩。

The purpose of this research is to probe into the goal orientation, consciousness movement motive climate and correctly influence of archery player's inherent motive. This research regards participating in the player of the president's cup archery match in 95 as experimenters (218 people), By way of questionnaire, to player sport goal orientation, consciousness sport motive, and inherent motive test, statistical method of coming back with the simple and relevant and stratum etc. is tested, the result of study shows, besides pressure, working orientation and consciousness precise familiar orientation climate can predict the archery player's inherent motive effectively, self- orientation and consciousness display the inherent motive that the orientation climate is unable to predict the archery player effectively. The aforesaid fruit part support goal orientation theory and assumption that research institute put forward this, and does not accord with studying and suppose it partly, include two main reasons: 1.The archery player has already adapted to being full of environments of competitions; 2.The long-term individual character is trained, have already made the archery player's individual character hold back steadily.
