製備LaF3/Pt/陶瓷基板感測電極應用於室溫之電流式氧氣感測器

Amperometric Oxygen Sensor Based on LaF3/Pt/Ceramic Plate Electrode and Operating at Room Temperature

摘要


本文旨在製備LaF3/Pt/自製陶瓷基板感測電極並且探討氧氣在LaF3/Pt/陶瓷基板感測電極上還原反應之電化學與氧氣感測特性。利用LaF3/Pt/陶瓷基板為感測電極時,在室溫下氧氣感測器之靈敏度為4.88μA %^(-1),偵測極限可以達到0.05%之氧氣濃度。當氣體流量到達200 ml min^(-1)以上時,氧氣在氣膜之擴散阻力可以忽略不計,此時氧氣感測器的靈敏度不受氣體流量之影響。在本文中所製備之LaF3/Pt/陶瓷基板感測電極對氧氣之應答時間(t90)與回覆時間(t10)約為2與2.5分鐘。

The characteristics of the oxygen reduction and the oxygen sensor based on the preparing LaF3 (screen printed)/Pt/ceramic plate (home made) were studied in this study. The sensitivity and detection limit of the oxygen sensor based on LaF3/Pt/ceramic plate electrode at the room temperature were obtained to be 4.88 μA %^(-1) and 0.05 %, respectively. The diffusion resistance within the gas-film could be neglected, and the effect of gas flow rate on the sensitivity of oxygen sensor was insignificant for the gas flow rate greater than 200 ml min^(-1). The response time (t90) and the recovery time (t10) of the oxygen sensor based on LaF3/Pt/ceramic plate electrode were evaluated to be 2 and 2.5 min, respectively.
