海峽兩岸龍舟運動選手知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之比較研究

A Comparative Study on the Coach Leadership and Group Cohesiveness of the Dragon Boat Athletes between Taiwan and Mainland China

摘要


本研究旨在探討海峽兩岸龍舟運動選手知覺教練領導行為、團隊凝聚力的差異情形,並比較選手知覺的教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之關係,進一步分析教練領導行為對國隊凝聚力的預測情形。研究工具為修訂翻譯之教練領導行為量表(知覺版)及團隊情境量表,針對台灣與中國大陸的龍舟隊進行調查。以t考驗、皮爾遜積差相關、多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料處理。結果發現:一、選手知覺教練領導行為之「專制行為」有顯著差異,且台灣地區選手之平均得分顯著高於大陸地區的選手。二、選手認知的團隊凝聚力之「對任務分配的滿意度」、「人際親和」、「任務凝聚力」等向度及整體「團隊凝聚力」上有顯著差異,且台灣地區選手之平均得分皆高於大陸地區的選手。三、選手知覺的教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之關係,大陸地區沒有顯著相闕,台灣地區有顯著正相關。四、大陸地區選手知覺的教練領導對團隊凝聚力的預測情形,依序為「專制行為」(16.7%)、「關懷行為」(9.8%)、「民主行為」(5.4%)、「訓練與指導」(4.3%)。五、台灣地區選手知覺的教練領導對團隊凝聚力的預測情形,依序為「訓練與指導」(13.7%)、「專制行為」(13.3%)、「獎勵行為」(1.9%)、「民主行為」(1.2%)、「關懷行為」(1.1%)。

The objectives of this study are to study the difference between the dragon boat athletes between Mainland China and Taiwan focused on the coach leadership and group cohesiveness, and to compare the relationship of athletes understand the coach leadership and group cohesiveness as well. Furthermore, analysis of the prediction on the coach leadership effected the group cohesiveness is one of the objectives of the study. The research methods are the modified translated version ”Coach Leadership Scales for Sports (Consciousness version) and Group Environment Questionnaire”, focused on Dragon Boat athletes between Taiwan and Mainland China. The statistic methods, based on t-test, Person correlation and stepwise multiple-regression, were processed, and the conclusions were drawn as follows.1 .There is an obvious difference on the athletes realizing the ”autocratic behavior” on the coach leadership, and the athletes in Taiwan have obviously higher average score than that of the athletes in Mainland China.2.Remarkable differences shown in the scales such as ”Satisfaction on job distribution”, ”close and cordial human relationship” and ”group cohesiveness”. Athletes in Taiwan got a higher average score than those in Mainland China.3.There was no obvious relationship between coach leadership and group cohesiveness in Mainland China, but in Taiwan there was a positive correlation.4.The prediction resulted Mainland China athletes realizing the coach leadership on group cohesiveness list as below: ”autocratic behavior” (16.7%), ”positive feedback” (9.8%), ”democratic behavior” (5 .4%), and ”Training and Instruction” (4.3%).5.The prediction resulted in Taiwan athletes realizing the coach leadership on group cohesiveness list as below: ”Training and Instruction” (1 3.7%), ”autocratic behavior” (1 3.3%), ”positive feedback” (1.9%), ”democratic behavior” (1.2%), and ”social support” (1. 1%).
