Mosston教學形式之體育教學效果比較分析

Analysis and Compare of Mosston's Teaching Style on Physical Education

摘要


有效的體育教學一直是國內外體育教學研究者所關切的話題,且國內外的學者亦不斷地在尋找與創新體育教學的形式。其中最被廣泛討論的不外乎是Mosston所提出的體育教學光講理論,而它究竟有何種的魅力?吸引體育教學者的目光,並進而採用此教學形式,實值得深切去探討。而Mosston教學形式應用到體育教學上效果如何?是本研究所要深入探討之目的。本研究籍由文獻與內容分析之研究方法以比較分析Mosston教學形式在體育教學之成效。先從Mosston體育教學光譜的理論架構談起,接著對Mosston體育教學效果的分析比較,從其基本的目的、本質與群集的範疇等面向進行分析探討,並針對十一種教學形式之CSWOT作分析,同時界定教學形式的認知、情意、技能範疇與屬性,並就實徵研究,做分析探討,期能提供體育教學者選擇適當的教學形式之參考依據。Mosston體育教學光譜之CSWOT分析可得知每一種教學形式的特質(C)、優點(S)、缺點(W)、運用時機(0)、危機(T)均有所不同,而對於學習者所發展之範疇(認知、情意、技能)也不一樣,而究竟何種教學法真正適合各項發展之範疇呢?教師應該從中去選擇真正適合教師本身與學習者最有利的教學形式,掌握其教學與學習的最高目標,進而達到有技能之「教」與「學」。

The purpose of this study was to analysis and compare of Mosston's teaching style on physical education. Well teaching is based on an effective teaching model. Physical education is a chain of education, and if we can go into instructions by an effective teaching model, it will be contribute to the healthy develop of personal affective , cognitive , and motor skill. The scholars who research in teaching physical education are very concerned about this topics, and they are looking for and creating the new style of teaching physical education.Nothing more than Mosston's the spectrum of teaching style, which have come into widespread notice, and it is worthy to make a deep inquiry into the reason why it can engage teacher's full attention, and then they adopt this teaching style. The effect of Mosston's teaching style applied in teaching physical education is the subject matter of this study.
