十二週有氧舞蹈運動對女性體適能之影響

The Effects of 12-Week Aerobic Dance on Female Physical Fitness

摘要


The purpose of this study was to realize the health condition on female of Hualien area, and to examine the effects of physical fitness for aerobic dance. There were 17 female for the subjects, and the mean age was 29.2±7.1 yrs old, height 156±6.1cm , and weight 57.6±11.9kg. They were engaged in the aerobic dance classes, and the exercise intensity was between 70 to 85% HRmax, following 12- weeks of aerobic dance classes (twice a week, 60 minutes a session). All of the subjects were tested their fitness in the first, and 12th week. The results of the pretests and posttest were noted as followed:1. The mean of pretest and posttest in body shape: weight was 57.61 and 53.98 kg (P < .05); body composition (body mass index, BMI) was 23.35 and 22.11 (P≦.05); the waistline was 72.56 and 69.18 cm (P<.05); the hip-circumference was 92.71 and 91.80 cm; waist-to-hip ratio was 0.78 and 0.75 (P<.05). All of the body shape components tests were improved significant except waistline, including weight, BMI, waistline and waist-to-hip ratio.2. The mean of pretest and posttest in physical fitness: (1 )sit-to-reach-flexibility was 33.91 and 37.79 cm (P<.01); (2)strength-sit-up 30 seconds was 13.79 and 17.43 (P<.01); (3)muscular endurance-sit-up 60 seconds was 24.29 and 31.41 (P< .01); (4)balance-one leg stand with closed eyes was 68.06 and 148.97 seconds (P<.01); (5)power-stand jump was 148.47 and 159.47cm (P<.01); (6)agility-Side step test 20 seconds was 7.88 and 9.12 (P<.01); (7)cardiovascular endurance—the health-index of 3 minutes step test was 55.12 and 57.31. The group improved significantly on all fitness components except cardiovascular endurance, including flexibility, strength, muscular endurance, balance, power and agility.
