體育教師課程價值取向相關文獻之回顧研究

A Retrospective Study about Physical Education Teachers' Value Orientation

摘要


本研究主要目的在於歸納分析1988-2002年之間,與體育教師價值取向、課程決定相關之文獻,期由國內外十多年來發表之體育課程價值取向文獻研究發現歸納一個具體的方向以供後續研究或教學參考。經由文獻分析歸納之後所得的結論如下:一、研究對象:就課程專家學者、大學、高中、國中、國小體育教師或實習教師而言,教師的價值取向、課程設計、課程決定、教師思考等,皆有些許的不同影響程度,傾向各取向的教師在學生的回應表現是否成一致性相關,實有必要設計課程加以驗證。二、研究方法:問卷調查、質性研究方法(如訪談、刺激回憶、資料分析)、輔以教室觀察和系統觀察工具探討教師價值取向,使用不同的研究方法間有何差異則有待探討。三、研究方向:由理論的建立到架構雛型完成,工具研發及修訂過程,豐富了測量工具在台灣的適用性。近年來教師的價值取向重要性一直被廣泛的討論著,歷經近15年從描述性分析到驗證性分析以及系統觀察工具的應用,發現體育課程價值取向理論的完整性在國內已經慢慢影響著教師的教學與學生的學習,在在都顯示教育的核心價值包含了這五大價值取向。最後研究者提出三項建議:一、參考研究發現協助教師改進教學以及教學計畫內容為目標。二、相關研究方面:體育教師價值取向的定位、教學行為及學生學習目標等影響師生互動的差異,有關體育課程與教學發展的相關議題,期待有心者開發與實際投入研究工作。三、透過相關研究結果應用在實際的體育教學情境或所擬定的體育課程設計上,使之合乎體育課程價值取向理論的特色。

This study was primarily intended to generalize the literatures related to physical education teachers' value orientation and determination of physical education curricula found during 1988-2002. Through the efforts at the literatures collected during the over a decade long, the study was generalized into concrete orientation as the reference for research and education. The conclusions yielded through the study was summarized as follows: (1) The participants: Those curricula related scholars, instructors or practice teachers in the universities, senior high schools, junior high schools and primary schools were certain degrees of influence upon the value orientation, curricular design, curricular determination and thoughts of school teachers. The inclination was shown through whether or not there is coincident interrelation of the school teachers through the student feedback. It is necessary to get verified through well designed curricula. (2) Research method: Questionnaire surveys, qualitative interviews, e.g., interview, stimulation in memory, data analysis accompanied with studio observation and systematic observation tools to look into physical education teachers' value orientations. The differentiation among them calls for probe. (3) Future direction for research: The establishment of theories to completion of the embryo, the tool and amendment enlighten the applicability of tools in Taiwan. In fact, the importance of school teachers' value orientation has long been subject to discussion, in particular over the past years. Having undergone describable analysis and systematic observation for the application, it is noticed that the value of physical education orientation and such theories have, though slowly, influenced upon the learning of both faculty and students in Taiwan. All these issues suggest that the core values of education already include these five major value orientations. Finally, the researcher would like to offer three suggestions: (1) The referential study notices the assistance to teachers to improve education and educational programs as the objectives. (2) In relevant studies: The positioning of physical education instructors' value orientation, oriented behaviors as well as the objectives of the students' study would affect the differentiation in the interaction by and between faculty and students and educational development related issues. Thoughtful developers are sincerely expected to substantially devote themselves to the study. (3) The results and findings of relevant studies should be applied onto physical education situations or the envisioned physic I education curricula design. Through such efforts, such results and findings will be better fitting physical education curricular theories to underline the characteristics.
