高中籃球選手運動目標取向和自覺能力對團隊凝聚力之交互影響

The Interactive Effect of Achievement Goals and Perceived Ability on Team Cohesion among High School Basketball Players

摘要


本研究目的乃在探討高中籃球選手運動目標取向和自覺能力對團隊凝聚力之交互作用影響。受試者為高中甲組籃球聯賽(HBL)之球隊共14隊,其中男生115名,女生149名,合計264名,平均年齡為16.54(SD=1.09)歲。且其在該球隊的時間從6個月到2.5年不等,平均時間為1.62年。受試者需完成運動目標取向量表、自覺能力量表和團隊情境量表,所得資料經二因子變異數分析結果顯示,運動目標取向和自覺能力對社會凝聚力有交互作用效果。而在工作凝聚力上則無交互作用效果,但有主要效果存在。根據本研究結果,我們希望運動團隊教練和體育教師能多營造工作涉入的情境以及培養工作的運動目標取向,如此將有助於使選手知覺其團隊更為團結。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the interactive effect of achievement goals and perceived ability on team cohesion among high school basketball players. The subjects consisted of 264 (M=16.54, SD=1.09 age) basketball student-athletes sampled from High Basketball League (HBL) with 14 teams including 115 males and 149 females. And they had been members of their teams from 6 months to 2.5 years (M=1.62 years). Participants completed the Task and Ego Orientation in Sport Questionnaire (TEOSQ) (Duda & Chi, 1993), Perceived Ability Scale (PAS) (Nicholls, 1985), and Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) (Widmeyer, Brawley, & Carron, 1985). A two-way ANOVA analysis found a significant goal orientation by perceived ability interaction on social cohesion. On the other hand, a two-way ANOVA revealed no significant interaction effect, but found a significant main effect of goal orientation on task cohesion. According to the results of this study, we hope sport teams' coaches and physical educators to construct a task-involvement situation in sport and suggest another potential benefit of the adoption of a strong task orientation so as to players will perceive their team to be more united.
