台南縣市國小校長轉型領導與體育教師工作投入關係之研究

A Study of the Relationship between the Principals' Transformational Leadership and PE Teachers' Job Involvement for the Elementary Schools in Tainan Area

摘要


本研究旨在探討國小校長轉型領導行為與體育教師工作投入之現況及其關係。本研究以「台南縣市國小校長轉型領導與體育教師工作投入關係調查問卷」為研究工具進行研究,以台南縣市國小體育教師為研究對象,依台南縣市69所國小之規模大小依比例分別郵寄發放5-30份不等之研究問卷,總計發出研究問卷860份,回收有效問卷512份,有效問卷回收率為59.53%,問卷結果以SPSS統計軟體進行統計分析,得到以下結論:(一)台南縣市國小體育教師所知覺校長之轉型領導行為屬於中上程度。(二)台南縣市國小體育教師之工作投入屬於中上程度。(三)不同教學年資與職務上之國小體育教師,所知覺校長之轉型領導行為有顯著差異。(四)不同教學年資與職務上之國小體育教師,其工作投入有顯著差異。(五)台南縣市國小校長之轉型領導行為與體育教師工作投入之間具有低度正相關。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the principals' transformational leadership and PE teachers' job involvement in elementary schools. This investigation was carried out through collecting effective questionnaires from 512 PE teachers in elementary schools in Tainan area. The survey data was analyzed by using statistical methods of percentile, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA and Pearson's product-moment correlation. The results of this study are summarized as the follows: 1. The level of PE teachers' perception of principals' transformational leadership is upper-intermediate. 2. The level of PE teachers' job involvement is upper-intermediate. 3. PE teachers' conception of principals' transformational leadership was affected by the years of the teaching of the PE teachers, as well as PE teachers' duty. 4. The job involvement of PE teachers was affected by the years of the teaching of the PE teachers, as well as PE teachers' duty. 5. There is a significant positive relationship between principals' transformational leadership and PE teachers' job involvement.
