南部地區大學院校學生休閒需求及參與現況之研究

摘要

本研究之主要目的在探討南區大學學生休閒需求、休閒參與現況及其關係。以自編問卷「南區大學院校學生休閒需求及參與現況調查問卷」為研究工具，以隨機抽樣方式針對南區六所大學院校學生600人進行問卷調查，回收有效問卷510份，有效問卷回收率為85％。問卷結果以SPSS統計軟體進行資料分析，以t考驗、F考驗，檢定各自變項間之差異性，以薛費法作事後比較，以皮爾遜積差相關，檢定「休閒活動參與量表」與「休閒需求量表」之相關性，得下列結論：（一）南區大學院校學生之整體休閒參與度偏低。（二）南區大學院校學生之休閒參與現況，有偏好「閒逸型」與「社交型」，而休閒活動參與之頻率前三名分別為「上網、打網咖」、「看電視、聽音樂」、「與朋友聚餐聊天」。（三）南區不同性別之大學院校學生在「社交型需求」「運動型需求」方面，男性學生高於女性學生且有顯著差異。（四）南區不同學制之大學院校學生在「社交型需求」方面，二技部學生高於四技部學生且有顯著差異。（五）南區大學院校學校院學生每月可支配於休閒活動之零用金越多，對於閒逸型以及旅遊知性型之休閒活動有越高的需求。（六）南區大學院校居住在家裡之學生，其休閒需求普遍低於「住學校宿舍」、「在外租屋」及「住親戚朋友家」之學生。（七）南區大學院校學生之休閒參與及休閒需求具有正相關。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relation between the leisure needs and leisure participation by the university students in south of Taiwan .The study tools are used by self-designed survey ”College students leisure participation” .Questionnaires were sent to 600university students in south of Taiwan and returned 510 effective questionnaires were collected. The results are as following after SPSS software analysis: 1. The lower leisure participation by the university students in south of Taiwan. 2. The status of leisure participation by the university students in south of Taiwan are as following: ”Leisure style”, ”Social style”, and the frequency of leisure participation from first to third place were ”playing internet”, ”watch TV & listen music”, ”eating meals with friends”. 3. There is significantly different between male and female in ”needs of sport style” and ”needs of social style”. 4. There is significantly different between four years and two years in ”needs of social style”. 5. There is more money colleges students can distribute on recreational activities, there is more needs on ”leisure style” and ”travel style”. 6. The college students who live at home show lower ”leisure needs” than live in school, rent house and live with relative. 7. There is positive relation between ”leisure participation” and ”leisure needs” by university students in south of Taiwan.
