摘要

本研究旨在探討高中生休閒活動參與及健康狀況之關係。調查對象係以臺中市高中學生為主，其次進行問卷設計及得到有效問卷400份。其次進行問卷設計及得到有效問卷400份。入資料建檔後，利用SPSS統計軟體以因素分析、信度分析、項目分析、逐步迴歸、皮爾森及典型相關予以分析。期盼藉由本研究結果所提出的具體建議，鼓勵青少年體育性休閒活動的參與及具有健康效益之休閒活動，促進其身心健康，塑造優質的求學環境。

The purposes of this study were to discuss the relationship between recreation participation and the senior high school student's health status. and the subjects were systematically selected from senior high school teachers in Tai-Chung city and designed the questionnaires had 400 valid questionnaires were obtained. After inputting the information, this research made factor analysis, reliability analysis, item analysis, Pearson's product moment correlation, Canonical correlation by using the statistical software SPSS. It was expected that the result of this research suggest could encouraged adolescents to participate physical education activities, and to experience health benefits in recreation activities. promote the mind and the body and develop an study environment of quality.
