不同教學策略融入桌球教學對大專生團隊氣氛之影響

The Influence of Different Teaching Strategies into Table Tennis Course to College Student's Team Climates

摘要


研究目的為探討不同教學策略融入桌球課程,是否對大專生團隊氣氛有所影響。運用合作學習與概念構圖兩種教學策略融入桌球活動,期望透過不同有效教學策略,提高學生團隊氣氛、互助合作之精神,提供不同教學策略研究及體育教師在使用教學策略上之參考。研究對象為桃園縣某國立大專院校94學年度第2學期桌球專長班學生34人(男性9人、女性25人),平均年齡為21.26歲。在實驗前對教師進行2週教學培訓,再進行8週教學實驗。研究工具採楊純碧(1998)根據Grand and Carron於1982年提出之團隊氣氛理論,以社會團隊氣氛及工作團隊氣氛兩向度編制之量表。研究結果為:一、合作學習組在工作氣氛前後測有顯著差異;在社會氣氛、整體團隊氣氛前後測無顯著差異。二、概念構圖組在工作氣氛、社會氣氛及整體團隊氣氛皆無顯著差異。三、合作學習與概念構圖組在工作氣氛、社會氣氛與整體團隊氣氛皆無顯著差異。本研究僅僅以合作學習或概念構圖教學情境中的團隊氣氛之意義,可能是不足夠的,雖然合作學習或概念構圖教學假說在解釋團隊氣氛在理論上是合理性,但是這種假說應用在團隊氣氛為檢驗工具關係上可能相當複雜。

The purpose of this study was examined the influence of different teaching strategies into table tennis course to college student's team climates. Participates was enroll of the table tennis class in Taoyuan County, Taiwna. There were 34 students including 9 male and 25 female, the average age was 21.26 years old. Two weeks teaching training was used to the PE teacher before the intervention, and 8 weeks experiment teaching was proceed including 2 times per a week. Research instrument for the TCQ was designed by Chun-pi Yang (1999) according to Grand and Carron (1982)'s team climate theory, the Questionnaire was conducted with social team climate and task team climate. The finding was, first, the task team climate's pro-test was significant than pre-test, social team climate and over all team climate were no significant difference in pro-test and pre-test between cooperative learning group. Second, task team climate, social team climate and over all team climate were no significant difference between pro-test and pre-test in concept mapping group. Third, group in task team climate, social team climate and over all team climate were found no significant difference between cooperative learning group and concept mapping group on pro-test and pre-test. This study just discussed the meaning of team climate of cooperative learning and concept mapping teaching, it may not enough. Although the theory of cooperative learning or concept mapping is reasonable, but this hypothesis was used in team climate for a test instrument was very complicated.
