運動、休閒及日常活動與壓力感受關係之探討:以某科學園區高科技員工為例

An Investigation of the Association among Stress, Sports, Leisure and Daily Activities of the High-Tech Workers in an Industrial Science Park

摘要


自從高科技產品的市場全球化以來,產業與從業人員面臨前所未有的壓力感受與經驗,造成包括個人身心、工作、家庭、社會以及生活型態的改變等。本研究旨在探討科學園區內員工所從事的運動、休閒及日常活動與壓力感受之間的關係,結果發現:經常從事運動有利於降低來自不同層面的壓力;其中打籃球能減輕來自個人本身與工作環境的壓力,撞球能降低來自個人本身與家庭的壓力。休閒活動對於壓力也有正面的功效;經常參加宗教活動、靜坐/打坐或藝文活動,分別能降低來自個人本身、工作、家庭、社會環境等不同層面的壓力;然而,在日常活動中,經常看電視新聞、買彩劵、嚼檳榔的人,卻呈現更高的壓力感受。員工個人特質以及活動的性質如何影響壓力感受,也在文中加以討論分析。

Since high-tech products became the important goods in the global market, companies and workers of high-tech industry have been facing the unprecedented experience as well as stress that differ from the traditional enterprises. The purpose of this study was to explore how high-tech workers' participation in sports, leisure and daily activities relate to their perception of stress. The results of this study indicated that frequent participation in basketball and billiards could lower self and work stress; some leisure like participation in religion, meditation and attending arts events could lower stress levels which come from self, work, family and other social environment However, workers who often watch TV news, playing lottery or chewing betal nuts perceived higher stress than those of non-participants. The possible reasons of why these activities affect stress level were discussed in the article.
