擺臂動作對於垂直跳效益之研究

Analysis of Arm Swing on Vertical Jump in Volleyball Players

摘要


本研究的目的在於探討擺臂動作對於垂直跳的影響,以男性甲組排球運動員及乙組排球運動員各三名,分別進行擺臂垂直跳及限制擺臂垂直跳的動作,以Kistler測力板(600Hz)量測其生物力學參數:最大力量、衝量時間、最大速度及騰空高度進行比較分析擺臂與否對於有效衝量影響的因素。結果顯示擺臂的作用會造成較大的最大力量、最大速度因而有著較高的騰空高度,而與是否為技術精熟者無關,至於在正衝量的時間部份,甲組排球運動員擺臂動作使得作用力時間由限制擺臂垂直跳的0.29±0.03秒增加為0.30±0.05秒,提升了約4.17%,而一般排球運動員則由0.31±0.01秒減少為0.27±0.04秒,減少了作用力時間約12.26%,而在於負衝量的作用力時間方面兩組運動員皆減少,整體來說,甲組排球運動員在減少負衝量增加正衝量的跳躍表現,較乙組排球運動員符合力學效益。

This study investigated the effect of the arm swing and restricted arm swing on the vertical jump between two different skill levels male volleyball players. 3 elite players and 3 amateur players performance two kinds of vertical jump recorded by Kistler force plate (600Hz) to compare the differences of the height, the peak force, the maximum velocity and the time of applied force. The result showed that the difference caused by arm swing in the peak force and the maximum velocity were the main factors increasing the jump height. There was no skill levels difference. But during the period of positive impulse, elite players lengthen the time of applied force from 0.29±0.03 sec to 0.30±0.05 sec. 4.17% of the increasing in the time was taken. The amateur players decreased that from 0.31±0.01 sec to 0.27±0.04 sec, about 12.26% time was reduced. According to this, elite players perform better than amateur players in increasing the time of applied force with arm swing.
