目的:本研究主要目的在探討大學生運動健康信念與運動參與程度之因果關係。方法:以787名大專校院學生研究對象(男503名,女284名)。本研究所使用工具為運動健康信念量表、運動參與程度問卷。運動健康信念包括行動障礙、運動利益、行動線索、疾病威脅四個因素。並以線性結構模式(SEM)分析加以驗證。結果:得知行動障礙因素對運動參與程度,有負向的影響關係存在;運動利益、行動線索、疾病威脅三個因素與運動參與程度,沒有明顯的影響關係存在。結論:大學生在運動健康信念四個因素中,只有行動障礙因素會直接影響運動參與程度;運動利益、行動線索、疾病威脅三個因素,不影響運動參與程度。本研究結果可供學校運動場館利用、教育主管機關經費補助、大學體育教師做為參考,提升學生運動健康信念並影響其運動參與的正向行為。
Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to discuss the relation between cause and effect about the university students' exercise health belief and degree of exercise participation. Method: There are 787 university students as research objects (male 503, female 284). The tools are used in this study including the scale form of exercise health belief and the questionnaire of exercise participation degree. There are four factors in exercise health belief regarding action obstacle, exercise benefit, action clues, and disease threaten. It is identified by the linear structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. Result: It is known that the action obstacle factor has a negative influence relation on the degree of exercise participation and three factors including exercise benefit, action clue, and disease threat have no obvious influence relation on the degree of exercise. Conclusion: Within the four factors of the university student exercise healthy belief, only the action obstacle will directly influence the degree of exercise participation. Three factors including exercise benefit, action clue and disease threat will not influence the degree of exercise participation. This research results could provide the exploitation of school athletic field building, the education department subsidy and the university PE teacher as a very important reference. Also, it could upgrade the student exercise health belief and influence its positive behavior of exercise participation.
