The study investigated the current situations of team's cohesiveness and player's satisfaction of rugby teams in universities and colleges. The subjects of this study are 233 rugby players. The conclusions of this study are as follows: team's cohesiveness is statistically significant upon all demographic variables; player's satisfaction is statistically significant upon all demographic variables except age variable. In addition, there exists canonical correlation between team's cohesiveness and player's satisfaction. The first canonical factor accounts for 31.1% of total variance.
