摘要

本研究主要探討大專院校橄欖球隊選手團隊凝聚力與滿意度之現況。本研究對象是以我國三所大專院校之甲組橄欖球隊及五所乙組橄欖球隊選手共233位進行調查。研究結果發現團隊凝聚力在不同背景變項上均存在顯著差異。在選手滿意度方面，除了年齡背景變項未達顯著外，在其餘背景變項上均存在顯著差異。此外，團隊凝聚力四個變項（人際吸引、人際親和、團隊適應、團隊合作），透過第一組典型因素，解釋滿意度總變異量達31.1%。

The study investigated the current situations of team's cohesiveness and player's satisfaction of rugby teams in universities and colleges. The subjects of this study are 233 rugby players. The conclusions of this study are as follows: team's cohesiveness is statistically significant upon all demographic variables; player's satisfaction is statistically significant upon all demographic variables except age variable. In addition, there exists canonical correlation between team's cohesiveness and player's satisfaction. The first canonical factor accounts for 31.1% of total variance.
