射箭選手運動傷害之調查

The Investigation of Archery Athlete Sports Injury

摘要


目前國內射箭運動的研究文獻中,關於射箭運動傷害的相關文獻極為少數,因此本研究目的是針對射箭的運動傷害進行研究。結果發現選手有運動傷害者,佔74.8%,在358位選手中,目前有運動傷害的有218位,共有414件運動傷害發生,亦即平均每位受傷的選手有2個傷害,其中有38.2%的傷害屬於第一次受傷,而重複性受傷則有61.8%。國內射箭運動選手最常受傷原因,以「過度使用」56.7%、「技術不佳」54.5%、「肌力不足」50.0%,為主要受傷原因。因此在本研究認為射箭選手最易受傷的部位皆來自於人體關節,且建議練習前須有足夠的熱身運動,皆有助於增進關節的敏捷及彈性,能幫助關節承受更大的負荷量。射箭屬於平穩及技術性的運動,大部分選手未了解教練的指導及涵意,建議選手在訓練過程中與教練溝通達到互助訓練的學習,以達到技術熟練減少練習中所造成之傷害。如選手因磅數過重,而導致肌肉組織負荷不了,首先必須針對選手設計出適當的重量訓練,使肌力強度與持弓磅數量達到平衡,回歸基礎訓練皆可以降低肌力不足所造成之傷害。

Nowadays in Taiwan, there are a few researches about archery sports injury. The purpose of this study was to investigate archery sports injury among Taiwanese athletes. The result shows among all athletes, there are 74.8% of athletes having sports injuries. Among 358 athletes, 218 people had sports injuries, and 414 people sports injuries occurred which mean one athlete had 2 sports injuries in average. 38.2% of injuries belong to first time injures, 61.8% were repeated injuries. Top three reasons for archery injuries were: 1. overused (56.7%) 2. bad skill (54.5%) 3. lack of strength (50%).In this study, archery athletes often injured their joint, it is recommended to have enough warm-ups exercise in order to improve joint flexibility and to help joint to carry out larger load. Archery is a stable and skillful sport. Most athletes had bad communication with their coach and instructions were misunderstood. It is suggested to have a good communication with coach in order to improve skill level and to reduce bad skill induced injuries. Strength training is recommended if athletes lack of strength or use high tension of string. The purpose of strength is to help athlete to stay away from lacking of strength-related injuries.
