高中職排球選手在教練權力類型對團隊凝聚力與運動表現之比較

Coach Authority to Team Coherence on Athletic Performance of Senior High School Volleyball Athletes

摘要


本研究目的在分析高中職排球選手在教練權力類型及團隊凝聚力的相關情形,並比較不同背景變項高中職選手在教練權力類型及團隊凝聚力的差異情形。本研究僅以參加97年學年全國高中聯賽甲組選手為研究對象,包含高男組15隊與高女組10隊,計301位男女排球代表隊選手為研究對象,並以「教練權力類型及團隊凝聚力問卷」為研究工具。根據調查所蒐集的資料,分別以t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後檢定等統計方式進行分析,結果發現不同背景變項高中職排球選手在教練權力類型有顯著差異。其中,在「性別」、「年級」、「球齡」、「訓練天數」、「運動表現」等背景變項在教練權力類型有顯著差異。而不同「運動表現」的高中職排球選手在團隊凝聚力有顯著差異。本研究結果指出教練所扮演的角色非常重要,然而藉由對教練權力類型的研究,也能夠讓教練了解,何種教練權力類型對組織的運用較有幫助,且能讓選手所接受。

The purpose of this study was to identify the current status of the types of coaching towards senior high school volleyball players and the group cohesion among them, and to compare the differences between senior high school volleyball players of controlled background variables under various types of coaching and with the group cohesion. This study targeted 15 boys' and 10 girls' senior high school volleyball teams completed in the first division of the HVL in the arcademic year 2008 as subjects with total of 301 players. The main research method of this study was questionnaire survey, and the instruement was the ”Questionnaire for the types of coaching and the group cohesion”. All data were processed and analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, S and cheffe Method respectively. The major findings of this study pointed out that senior high school volleyball players impose significant difference upon the types of coaching in the following background variables: ”grades”, ”years of playing”, ”training days” and ”performance”. Senior high school volleyball players impose significant difference upon the group cohesion in the following background variables: ”performance”. The results suggests that coach's role in sports is important. In order to understand power and authority for coaches, what types of coaches'authority and power to a sport team can be helpful which could be studied by coaches' authority.
