本研究主要目的是:一、暸解家長式領導、轉型領導與團隊效能的關連性;二、驗證家長式領導、轉型領導在團隊效能的解釋力。研究對象為高中甲組排球運動員。方法:使用問卷調查法測量工具包括「家長式領導量表」、「轉型領導量表」及「團隊效能量表」,共發出320份,回收287份,回收率為89%。經廢卷處理,有效問卷共計241份。研究結果:一、轉型領導(激勵啟發、魅力影響、型塑願景)的各因素都分別與團隊效能達顯著正向相關;家長式領導的威權領導「教誨」呈現負相關系,其餘各因素均為正向關係。二、整體團隊效能是透過德行領導、仁慈領導及魅力影響為主要因素。三、家長式領導與轉型領導是同樣可以有效的預測團隊效能,也具有跨文化的普及性。針對本研究之結論,研究者提出一些有關本研究結果之應用與未來研究建議。
Main Purpose: One, understand the relationships between paternalistic leadership, transformational leadership and organization effectiveness. Two, verify the explanation of paternalistic leadership and transformational leadership on organization effectiveness. Research subject of this study were volleyball players on the high school. Methods: The questionnaire survey was used, including the paternalistic leadership questionnaire, the transformational leadership questionnaire, as well as the organization effectiveness questionnaire. It were delivered 320 samples and got 287 responses (the retrieve rate is 89%). By eliminating invalid responses, the valid responses summed up to 241. Research Results: One, the factors of transformational leaderships that is included driving inspiration, charming into influence and modeling the vision have signification positive relation with team effectiveness separately. Two, team effectiveness are main affected by moral leadership, benevolent leadership and charming into influence. Three, both paternalistic leadership and transformational leadership can predict the team effectiveness efficiently, and have Trans-Culture popularization. Suggest: The researcher provides some suggestions for application and for future researches.
