2009世界運動會志工招募之知識移轉:以執行階段為例

Knowledge Transfer of Volunteer Recruitment in the World Games 2009: Take Implementation Phase as an Example

摘要


知識經濟時代的來臨,知識被視為價值創造的來源。高雄世界運動會期間,志工的表現受到媒體與觀眾的讚賞。志工招募知識從無到有,最後將其落實,這段歷程是備受關注的。本研究經由文獻探討知識移轉內涵與模式,以及瞭解世運志工團隊發展概況,透過個案的深度訪談,以知識移轉模式的架構為基礎,探討志工招募知識在知識移轉模式中執行階段的歷程。訪談對象為世運志工團隊管理者,藉由文獻與研究結果分析發現,志工招募在知識移轉模式中執行階段,包括取得知識、發展知識、應用知識以及調整知識四大構面,經由四個構面歸納出志工招募知識移轉的歷程,從取得最初的規劃,參考德國世運經驗、各局處的需求、i-volunteer計畫而發展出世運大專志工合作計畫,最後將其實際應用再針對實際狀況進行調整。

With the arrival of the knowledge-based economy era, knowledge is considered as the source of value creation. During The World Games 2009 in Kaohsiung, the performance of volunteers was appreciated by the media and audience. The process, which the knowledge of volunteer recruitment from scratch, is a major concern. This research via documents probes into the overview of The World Games volunteers' development, and understands the content and mode of knowledge transfer. By the interview of the cases, this study focuses on the knowledge of volunteer recruitment of The World Games in the process of executing the knowledge transfer. Through the analysis of documents and research results, we find the process of executing the knowledge transfer mode of volunteer recruitment, including the four dimensions, getting knowledge, developing knowledge, using knowledge and adjusting knowledge.
