運動介入對兒童身體自我概念之影響

Effect of Exercise Intervention on Physical Self-Concept among Elementary School Students

摘要


本研究目的在探討運動介入對國小三年級學生身體自我概念之影響。方法:以準實驗研究法,採前、後測設計,以立意取樣選取台北市某國民小學三年級兩個班為研究對象,以班級為單位,分為實驗組31人(進行每週三次,在新式健康操之後跑操場一圈),控制組29人(不進行任何運動介入),合計60人。實驗為期四週,在實驗前後,此兩組均需施以身體自我概念量表。資料以獨立樣本t考驗、相依樣本t考驗進行分析。結果發現:一、實驗組經運動介入後,身體自我概念未達顯著差異。二、實驗組經運動介入,身體自我概念之外表向度有顯著差異外,其他向度均無顯著差異。三、控制組未接受運動介入,身體自我概念在耐力向度上的平均數較前測退步,達顯著差異。本研究結論:每週三次,每次跑操場一圈的運動介入對三年級學童的身體自我概念無顯著影響。

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of exercise intervention on physical self-concept among the 3rd grade elementary school students. Method: This study adopted a quasi-experimental design to carry on the teaching research of the experiment. A sample of 60 participants was conveniently selected, including 31 participants as the experiment group and 29 participants as the control group. The experiment was for four weeks. Independent samples t-test and paired-sample t-test via SPSS 18.0 were used in this study, and the statistical test of significance level was defined as α = .05. Results: 1. There was no significant effect after the experimental group received the experiment on physical self-concept. 2. There was no significant effect after experimental group received the experiment on physical self-concept except the appearance dimension. 3. For the control group without the exercise intervention, there was significant effect on the endurance dimension of physical self-concept. Conclusion: There was no significant effect after the 3rd grade students received the experiment.
