台灣獼猴睫狀體神經節的解剖學研究

摘要

自十三隻台灣獮猴剝離的睫狀體神經節及其周圍相關的神經（右11，左9計20側），先經解剖顯微鏡作初步的觀察研究，再製成40 μ厚的Celloidin連續切片，以0.02% Cresyl fast violet（Nissl stain）染成標本，再予以詳細的觀察，統計及分析睫狀體神經節的形態，神經細胞的分布狀態，及神經節周圍神經的相互關係。其結果如下：1.睫狀體神經節的形狀分為四角、三角、橢圓、半圓、紡錘、圓、葫蘆等形，其中以四角形佔40%為最多。2.睫狀體神經節的大小，前後徑為1.9 mm，左右徑為1.3 mm，上下徑為1.0 mm。3.睫狀體神經節的短根數一條者佔60%，長根所見者均為一條。短睫狀體神經自神經節發出時3～9條（平均5.2條），而其侵入眼球時為3～10，（平均7.2條）為起始部的1.4倍。4.神經細胞除分布於睫狀體神經外，並散布於睫狀體神經節的長、短根，短睫狀體神經，及眼下斜肌神經中的副睫狀體神經節。台灣獼猴的副睫狀體神經節少則一個，多者可達五個。著者於20例中發現12例均具有副睫狀體神經節出現率為60%。5.副狀睫狀體神經節的節後神經纖維走向可分為兩類：（1）將纖維送返或經過睫狀體神經節而加入短睫狀體神經的行列。（2）直接送出纖維侵入眼球後部。6.睫狀體神經節所含的神經細胞數為4,043。副睫狀體神經節所含的神經細胞數約佔總數的3.53%。

20 sides (11 rights, 9 lefts) dessociated ciliary ganglion of 13 macaca cyclopis were studied for its morphology and correlation between gang-lion and surrounding masses. Distribution of the ganglion cells Were detected and reconstructed following the 40 μ serial sections, stained with 0.02% cresyl fast Violet.The results were as follows:1. The shapes of the ciliary ganglion can divided into trapezium, triangle, fusiform, oval, semi-circle, circle and g-shaped. The trapezium occured in the largest number (40%).2. The size was approximately 1.9 x 1.3 x 1.0 mm.3. The ciliary ganglion usually (60%) joined by one short root, and one long root. 4. Usually 3-9 short ciliary nerves arised from the ciliary ganglion, and gave off 1.4 times minute branches to the eye-ball.5. The accessory ciliary ganglion was noticed in 12 of 20 cases of Macaca cyclopis (60%). As to its location it occured along the short root, long root, short ciliary nerve and inferior oblique muscle branch.6. The course of the postganglionic fibers arised from the accessory ciliary ganglion may be grouped into two categories; (a) Some of these fibers took a recurrent course, then passed through the ganglion to join the short ciliary nerve. (b) Others projected their fibers to the eye-ball directly.7. The average number of the ganglion cells in ciliary ganglion was 4,043. The accessory ciliary ganglion contined 3.53% of the total.
