The purpose of this study was to explore the effectiveness about the internship of Central Police University. The 299 students who have joined the extracurricular internship and graduated four years ago were targeted through the interview and the questionnaires. 222 valid questionnaires were completed and returned. The percentage of the valid feedback was 74%. According to the results, the following conclusions and be reached: 1. The gender and the academic Performance didn't make significant differences in the effectiveness of internship. However, the difference of departments did make significant differences in the effectiveness of internship. 2. The culture of the location, counseling from the master, and the preparation of the student, all of above have high impact on the internship satisfaction. 3. The culture of the location and the preparation of the student will affect the willingness to work. 4. The internship satisfaction and the willingness to work are highly correlation. According to conclusions of this study, there are some suggestions for other researchers.
