學而時習以LIFE原則進行的資優教育推展模式

The Pleasant to Acquire and Apply Knowledge: The Gifted Education Promotion Model Based on LIFE Principles

摘要


教育創新團隊「時習教育」的教育理念以普通生出發,但因為創辦人林家安(即本文筆者)自身的學歷、經歷實與資優教育密不可分,其創業的歷程與成果,亦與資優教育現場需求交互影響,發展為相關教育方案,包含實際運作之資優專題講座、區域衛星資優方案等,其解謎遊戲包、桌上遊戲盒等課程教材更廣為現場師生所運用。本文記錄創辦人自2016年開始的另類教育之路,並其社會創新方法與資優教育實務提出六點反思與建言,以供讀者了解體制內外的可能合作模式,做為實際推動資優教育的參考。

The educational concept of the educational innovation team "LIFE Education" is based on students in general. However, because the founder Chia-An Lin (the author of this article)'s own academic qualifications and experience are inseparable from gifted education. His entrepreneurial history and achievements also interact with the on-site needs of gifted education, and develop into related educational programs, including practical gifted seminars, regional satellite gifted programs, etc. There are some course materials, such as puzzle game packs, table game boxes, and so on used more widely by on-site teachers and students. This article records the founder's path to alternative education since 2016, so that readers can understand the possible cooperation models inside and outside the educational system, and serve as a reference for the actual promotion of gifted education.
