民間參與都市更新面臨問題之探討
A Study on the Complications of Private departments Participation in Urban Regeneration

The essence of urban regeneration is to breathe life afresh into the slums and ghettos of the city, a subject on which the world’s leading city developments have yet to reach a consensus. Presently, private departments are the main performers of urban regeneration who conduct the urban regeneration by the way of renewal. This study reviews the history that the urban regeneration and then explores and analyzes the problems and bottlenecks encountered. In the process of renovation conducted by private departments, the problems that they may encounter include the following: observance with related statutes, good deliberation mechanism and the rewarding and subsidizing mechanism, and the thoroughness of the settlement measures taken for demolition and renovation.
